I recently joined the amazing world of Postcrossing. I’m late to party, but it’s really never too late to join the PenPal World. Let's travel vicariously through postcards.  

Museums have made progress with creating more diverse, relevant and inclusive exhibits, but a few exhibitions like Mining the Museum were exhibited during a time of high omission and high elitism, and I wish I could have experienced them all! 

Being a cognizant and empathetic person, I am highly affected by the recent events and cannot turn a blind eye to what's going on around me. Who knew that visiting a museum during the age of COVID-19 was just what I needed to find the motivation for this Museum's Monday blog post.

Conferences, networking, and hosting are words that make introverts like myself cringe, but with the right prep and recharging techniques, you can be the Museum advocate that's needed.

It has been a busy few weeks since A Girl In A Museum World has Launched. There have been highs and lows, but we will press on. Despite what 2020 has dished, follow your dreams and stay true to you. True freedom is not second-guessing yourself. Do what feels right, unapologetically.
